The two plots are situated in a new housing area, to the north and east facing a park.
The family wished two houses, one for the family and one for their guests.
The houses shape a garden in the south with traditional lilac bushes facing the street.
The family house is divided into two parts, one for social life and one private. In between a transparent entrance box that makes shelter for a patio for the morning coffee facing the park.
