Row houses Talludden

Situated in central Kalmar the area was planned for offices and condominiums. Since no office buildings were built, the plans were changed to nine row houses facing the canal.

The two stories row houses have a flexible lay out to make it possible to choose from 3-6 rooms and a kitchen
