Split-level houses Karlskrona

This piece of “impossible” ground is situated very close to the center of the city. Due to a steep slope, along the western side of a street the area has been onsidered too expensive to develop. A beautiful view to the west with a park and the sea below.

No foundation, no blasting, just plain unattached rock and the few trees that have been able to hold on to the rock are left in between.

Always one story facing the street, and if the slope allows it, a second story below. Simple shaped houses with generous balconies facing south and west.

Entrance and a carport on a deck by the street. No gardening, just the nature in the spaces between the houses.
