Sea rescue station

The task was to design something to protect the new small water jet boat from bad weather and combine this with the possibility to get away in no time.

The station is situated in the guest harbor in the center of Kalmar by the Naval Academy.
My aim was to find an expression as modern as the boat.

It turned out as a light weight construction in stainless steel and vacuum glued sandwich with a skylight along the top.

After enjoying wonderful summers sailing with my family, I was happy to contribute together with all the sponsors to make this important project possible.
